16U: Monday July 13, 2026, 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. OPEN TO ALL HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS (born 9/1/09 or later).

14U: Wednesday July 15, 2026, 5:00-8:00 p.m. for players born 9/1/11-8/31/13.

12U: Tuesday July 14, 2026, 5:00-8:00 p.m. for players born 9/1/13-8/31/15.

10U: Tuesday July 7, 2026, 5:00-8:00 p.m. AND Saturday August 22, 2026, 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. for players born 9/1/15 or later.

RAIN DATES: Will be announced/posted as needed.

All tryouts unless otherwise noted will be held at Willow Park, 401 N. Wagner Road, Northfield, IL, FIELD #4.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS PREFERRED.

2026-2027 COACH ANNOUNCEMENT:

Trevians Fastpitch announces the following coaching staffs for 16U, and our top 14U, 12U and 10U teams for next year. Each of these teams will have a permanent year-round coach, available to be with the team through the entire year. We will identify second team and third team coaching staffs as we continue conversations with our college player-coaches about their availability next year.

1. 16U: Eden Baker HEAD COACH; fall assistants: Jess Nanut and Kylie Reichert.

Eden Baker joined us as a coach at 14U this summer. She just graduated from North Park University this year and is the reigning College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin Defensive Player of the Year. Eden was a pitcher and outfielder at North Park, was a three-time CCIW All-Conference selection, and a 2026 All-American finalist. She also was a two-time Academic All-Conference and All-District selection. Fall assistant Jess Nanut is the current varsity head coach at Niles North High School, and Kylie Reichert is Niles North’s lead varsity assistant coach. Both Jess and Kylie have coached in our program for five years.

2. 14U Blue: Sarah Bennett HEAD COACH; assistants: Maddie Molay and Grace Adame.

Sarah Bennett played on Trevians 18 Teams 3-4 and played shortstop at Carthage College. She is a current Trevians Board member and Commissioner of the North Suburban Fastpitch League. Sarah has coached at the 12U, 14U and 16U age levels. Maddie played on Trevians 18 teams 5-6 and was a pitcher at Macalester College. Both Sarah and Maddie coached our 16U team this year. Grace was a member of Trevians 18 Team 8, was a standout catcher and outfielder for us, and was an All-State selection her senior year at Palatine High School. Grace was co-head coach this year of our 12U Blue Team.

3.  12U Blue: Addison Varca and David Varca, CO-HEAD COACHES; assistants TBD.

Addy Varca played on Trevians 18 teams 9-10, where she was a standout pitcher. She graduated from New Trier this year, where this spring she was an All-Conference Selection. Addy spent her entire career as a Trevian starting at 12U, and has given private pitching lessons to and has coached our younger Trevs. She will be attending Purdue University this Fall. Dave is a past organization president and coach, who will be a full-time year-round Coach.

4.  10U Blue: Colleen Hoffman HEAD COACH; assistants TBD.

Colleen Hoffman returns as our 10U Blue Head Coach. She is our second longest-tenured Trevians Coach. Colleen was also a high school varsity Coach. Colleen graduated from Denison University in 2019 where she was a decorated pitcher. She also played multiple years as a Trevians 18 player.
